  • We engineer desire for brands through imaginative, human storytelling.

Frame of Mind began with a simple instinct: there is always a story beneath the information.

For four decades, filmmaker Mike Isaac has been finding that story - in people, products, businesses, technology and the seemingly ordinary - and imagining what it could become on film.

That way of seeing has shaped everything we do. We don't make films to fill content calendars or check boxes. We look beyond what a brand wants to say to find what will make someone care.

Today, that thinking lives in The Story Beneath™, our signature storytelling methodology, refined over 40 years of filmmaking.

Here are samples of how we've used creative intelligence to bring success to our clients

    L&T

In the early 2000s the Chairperson of the gigantic engineering conglomerate Larsen and Toubro, challenged us to tell their world wide story in just a few minutes. And of course we did, using the many faceted Rubik’s cube as the analogy to represent the diversity and global reach of the organisation. It was among the largest budget productions at Frame of mind.

    Honeywell

In the mid 2000s, we were trusted with an unusual challenge: to make a film for a one man audience. The worldwide head of Honeywell was breezing in for just a couple of hours to inaugurate the Honeywell Madurai campus. Our task was to tell him the story of Madurai and the technological genius this land breeds.

    Mindtree

Mind tree wanted a film to showcase the journey of the first few years, but didn’t want anything that looked like a corporate film. However, when they watched the final film, they commissioned a concluding squence of ‘bullet points’. Keeping with the artistic theme of the original film, this was our interpretation.

    CRY

In the mid 90's, CRY needed a fundraiser. Titan sponsored banquets nationwide and invited the creme. Before we asked for funds, we portrayed a scrible maniac saying THANKY YOU! After the film was screened there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. That’s the power of a good screenplay.
